Please help me to review this log files why my Logos 6.6 keep preparing files forever and never stopped.
My PC is in Windows 8.1.
I am unsure why you are having your issue. Hopefully a techie will be by soon to read your log files. However, you are more than a month out of date in your software. Please download and install the newest engine manually... it may even fix your problem. See "install" link in my signature line.
Reboot the computer and update Logos to the current version. Submit new logs if the problem persists.
Thanks all of your advice, I reboot the system, remove the 'librarycatalog' folders and then start the Logos 6.6 again. I let it ran for whole days and it finally upgraded automatically to Logos 6.7 and update all resources and redo indexing itself.
It works tonight at last. Thanks again.
