I tried using the handout tool and noticed after printing the document half of the footer was missing. Does anyone have any idea of how to configure the printer settings when using the handout tool?
I don't.
Logos4 seems to bypass, or ignore the minimum printable area as reported by printer drivers. I don't know of any way of changing the print margins in Logos4.
As with you, this is one of the things that makes the handout feature useless.
