Today's tip is a simple warning for a "gotcha". When you enter a term into Factbook, for example, note that there are different icons on the left that show you what type of entry you are looking at - a topic, a person (group, male, female), town, geographic region, event ...

Which you select does have an effect on the information that is returned to you - even when they refer to the same thing. Compare these examples between the person record (note person shaped icon in the upper left) vs. the topic record for the same individual (note speech balloon shaped icon in the upper left). When information seems to be missing, double check what Factbook type you are viewing.
