Installing Logos 3 files into Logos 4

I received new Bible and Spade updates Vol 2 (thru 2008) on CD from Galaxie Software. I have Libronix 3 as well as Logos 4. The Libronix 3 program automatically opened the CD and installed the resources. However, Logos 4 doesn't recognize the new books. How can I get Logos 4 to recognize and index these resources from the Libronix 3 format? Or is it not possible? I upgraded Libronix to Logos 4 much earlier and all my old resources were recognized by Logos 4. So far it has not recognized nor indexed them. Any help will be appreciated.

First, sycronize your licenses in Libronix (Tools>Account Management>Synchronize Licenses)

Start Logos 4 and type "update now" (no quotes) into the command bar. Logos should start downloading your new books. If not, be patient, sometimes it take Logos 4 a little while to realize it has a new license file.

I overlooked activating the new resources and then doing the synch. L4 picked them up on the next opening. It's actually quite simple when you remember what needed to be done when using L3. [:)]

Call Logos tech support and ask them to activate it. Anything built for Logos 3 that you want to run in Logos 4 (in other words, anything for which there isn't a Logos 4 version available right now) will not synchronize down, no matter what you do. Installing it won't help, etc, etc. You just have to call and sit and wait the 45 minutes to get someone on the phone to get it fixed.

Forget their email option--the last time I tried that, I was told to go to the forum, but the forum can't do anything about activation problems. I just activated my journals today--it took a bit over an hour to get it done, but there's no other way to do it.
