Brand new update to Logos 6 on Mac. Won't open. Starts then "quit unexpectedly". Asks to reopen and quits on "synchronizing".
I have tried to reinstall from the site 3 times and keep getting the same problem.

I am only half techie. I see that something is corrupted, but don't know what. Have you tried loading to a blank layout? Press and hold the command key immediately upon startup, then log in. You should not have to re-enter your credentials... they should be autofilled.
You should contact Tech Support directly to diagnose this issue.
