BUG: Context menu lack community tag option
I've being linking the headwords of this resource to community tag biographic records ... until this one said "no way" by not giving the option.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I didn't get it to work but I found a work around. I suspect that there is a limit on the number of characters you can select and attach a community tag. I found two other instances which had very long names and required work arounds.

I created a case for a developer to investigate.

This is correct. Since Community Tags is intended for short noun phrases, it won't appear for very long selections. As you probably did, you could tag the parts in and outside of the parentheses separately.
