Interaction between Jesus and Disciples
I am wanting to find every occurrence where Jesus interacts with His disciples, whether that be just Peter, or the entire group. Does anyone know how to filter such a search?

Not easy... let's see. I think it is easier to look for the disciples collectively (i.e., <Person Disciples>) and individually (i.e., <Person Peter>) because pretty much all of their interaction is with Jesus whereas He interacts with many other people. Assuming that by individual disciples, you would mean the apostles (what of Martha, Mary, Lazarus, Mary of Magdalene, etc.?) then you could do searches for them as well using the model above. If you are looking only for speech, then you limit the search above to the "Words of Christ" option instead of "all Bible text" in the search window. But of course, not every "interaction" is direct speech. It's not tidy but it should get you started.
Perhaps someone will have a better idea yet as to how to do this.
Say, do you have Logos Now and the concordance? This opens up other possibilities.

Yeah that might work, and you're right, it wouldn't be tidy but could probably get the job done. I'm really trying to boil down everything he taught into one nice and neat table of sermons/teachings.

So for speech I can see a couple of options - and Francis' suggestion about the Concordance is a good one.
A standard search is on the left below with the Concordance option on the right
As you can see the search on the left doesn't include the Sermon on the Mount - this is because the addresses there are tagged as "Crowd at Sermon on the Mount"
In both cases you would need to add in searches / look at results for each individual disciple.
