directions or tutorial on how to create a document

does anyone know where i can go to find a tutorial specifically for creating documents? I haven't been able to find one.

    On an iPhone/iPad, the only documents you can create are Notes and Reading Plans. You do this by tapping More, then Documents, then New. Does that help, or do you need additional information?
