startup problem

My computer shut down incorrectly.

Now, when I press the Logos icom, all I get is the blue button in the center of the screen. nothing else happens.

I cannot find a way to get it running.

I am having the same problem have went through the hold down ctrl to start and tried to open it offline as well as re log in all to no avail just get the windows has a problem and the program closes

Both of you need to supply logs to diagnose the problem.

But Chris, you should start a new thread with a full description as your issue could be different. State your OS

8267.LogosCrash.txtMy Logos 6 operating in Windows 10 will not open properly It starts to open but then always gets to this point and closes.   I don't know if I did the log files right or not but here's my attempt at them. 8270.LogosError.log  7510.Logos.log

It's better to upload the compressed log files folder, as I need Logos.log. However, you can get this by starting Logos with CTRL key held and signing in.
