Bible Screen not refreshing daily on Win10 tablet

Hi,

It did work when first downloaded, but even then, it only refreshed after being waken from sleep mode. But, for a couple weeks now, it is not refreshing at all. If I open the app and set it as lockscreen again, it will change, but the next day it doesn’t refresh.

Using the full version of Windows 10 on an Acer W700 tablet (similar to Microsoft Surface Pro)

Has anyone else found this problem.

PS: I did contact Logos, but they said Bible Screen isn't supported, and that I should ask on here.

Bill, I'm sorry to hear that your lock screen image isn't being updated automatically. That's my favorite feature!

Unfortunately I'm not sure how to fix it, but I can try to guess at what might help.

Under Windows 10 Settings > Personalization > Lock Screen, can you make sure that Bible Screen is listed under "quick status" apps? If it is there, maybe removing it and adding it back could help?

Another thing worth trying would be to uninstall and reinstall the Bible Screen app.

One final thing you could do would be to run Bible Screen, click Settings (top-left corner if Bible Screen is in a window) > Support > Share Log Files and send them to logosbugs@logos.com. If you do that, please mention my name in the email and reply here to let me know that you sent them.
