Why do I keep getting this error message?

I am running Logos 6 on Windows 10 Home. It has been installed on this computer for a long time. It happens when I first start it up and it is trying to update. After a few minutes that error pops up.

I get the same message when installing application upgrade> I cannot see any FAQs about it.

But they may not be for the same reason - please start a new thread and provide as many details as possible.
Colin - Brandt has clarified he is running Logos 6. What version of Logos are you running? Aware this is the Logos 5 forum

These logs are very old - did you enable diagnostic logging as per the article I linked to? (Using either step 1 or step 4)
I have walked through the steps several times but it doesn't seem to be rewriting anything new to that file. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
I would suggest contacting Customer Services - details at https://www.logos.com/contact - and see if they can help.
If necessary they, with your permission, can access your machine remotely and see what is happening.
