There is already a bug report on the misparsing of a URL. However, this is a case that should be in the test set.

No, it's just one. That's the way the archive.org site formats its URLs. That site has archived snapshots of web pages, and the archive URL includes the date followed by the URL of the page. For example:
http://web.archive.org/web/19970111004712/http://www.logos.com/
(BTW, it can be slow to respond)
