There are so many resources within the footnotes that are not in L6- cann these resources have links included where they can be purchased or requested? I spend a lot of time trying to chase them down on the internet.

Of course what would be best is that if Logos would eventually carry these.
I haven't seen Logos provide links to external sources, except for publisher links, however, Dr. Heiser may have provided links on one of his sites.

Yep I agree. I too have spent 'some' time chasing them down. There's a ton of great books I'd love to get my hands on.
