How did Jesus heal?
If I'm not mistaken there are 2 categories in which Jesus did this, by word & touch.
How do I find all these instances/events in Logos? How do I find all the methods Jesus used to heal?

The following search could be a starting point: <Person Jesus> <Sense to cure>
You then still had to look at the context of each occurrence to see how Jesus did the healing.
As you look through your results you could make a label for each kind and label each instance. Afterwards you can search for the labels and get all instances where Jesus healed by word for example. Just a thought.

A narrower version of the same search would be to use a clause search for subject:Jesus verb-sense:to cure. It has fewer false positives.

A broader approach would be to open a topic guide, type in miracles and look for a list of the miracles of Christ. While broader, it will include raising people from the dead, which just may qualify as a "healing". You can also get a list that compares pericopes in the various gospels such as below:
