Bug in Camp Logos 1: Research With The Passage Guide: Introduction

This is the first bug or problem I have found with Camp Logos 1. I was watching through the videos and I came to "Research With The Passage Guide: Introduction". While watching it, at about 57 seconds into the video, the video AND audio just stop. I tried closing Camp Logos 1 and reopening it, but it still stops in the exact same spot. (FYI the I downloaded all the videos to my computer).

By the way, I think it sucks that we only have the option of downloading all videos or none. Sure, I can stop the download while downloading all, but I'd like the option of being able to download what I want or what I need at any given moment. If there is a problem with the video, I could just delete that one video and re-download it to see if that fixes the issue. That is not an available option either.

I tried to watch "Research With the Passage Guide: Open" and video and audio stop after 2 seconds of playing. The progress bar keeps moving, but no audio or video.

At the 57 second mark for the video "Research With The Passage Guide: Introduction" the video and audio stop playing, but the progress bar keeps moving.

I found another place where the video and audio stops, but the progress bar continues: "Research With Bible Word Study: Overview for a Hebrew/Greek word." It stops at 5:55.

Thanks for the report, and sorry you're having issues with these videos. I'm currently unable to reproduce the problem, so your best bet would probably be to contact our Tech Support team. With your permission, they can use remote access to try and diagnose the issue directly.

I am going to try something first. When I am at school, I will delete the downloaded videos and re-download them and see if that fixes the issue. When I first had downloaded the videos, I did so off and on over several days. I finished downloading the videos in a hotel when I was in Israel. I am wondering if the combination of all of those is what led to this sporadic problem, since it is not common, but uncommon. If that does not work, and I still have problems on the exact same videos, I will give Tech Support a call. Unfortunately, I do not know when I will be able to do that between my class schedule and overtime at work.

Now I am seeing more videos not playing all the way through. I downloaded all the videos. The only option I have is "Delete Downloaded Media".

Now I am getting this message:

The problem with this message, of course, is that I AM online in Logos. It gave me an option to download new content that I had purchased when I opened Logos. Next problem is, of course, the fact that these should be downloaded videos; videos ON my Solid State Drive! So, why am I seeing this message??

Just an FYI, after re-downloading the videos, the problems mentioned above are gone. Which tells me that the videos never downloaded properly.
