Logos install does nothing on Windows 10??

I decided it was time to install Logos 6 on Windows 10 and went here to download the PC installer:

https://www.logos.com/install

After it has downloaded, when I double-click the executable, nothing happens.  Task Manager says it is running but I never get a dialog box.  Nothing happens.

Do you have another version installed e.g. Logos 5?

I'd like you to enable logging, run Setup.exe again, and then upload the compressed log files folder.

That would indicate a problem with BITS. Try the fix at https://www.logos.com/firewall#BITS
