Editing a CBV style

I've produced my own 'style' for copying Bible verses, as the screenshot shows. I have two further tweaks I'd like to make and wonder if you know how to make them. They are: (1) I'd like a couple of spaces between the end of the Bible reference (in bold italic) and what follows. (2) If possible I'd like to omit the superscript verse number - but just before the first verse in the passage. Any ideas, boys and girls?

Put spaces (however many you want) between [FullPassageRef] and </b> in the Header section.

(2) If possible I'd like to omit the superscript verse number - but just before the first verse in the passage.

Don't know if that's possible.

Todd, you're a gem. That worked perfectly. Thanks a lot. The other tweak is, of course, more difficult, and I don't hold out much hope on that one. But we'll see...
