import notes oddities

i did the "delete all notes" and downloaded the L3 button and imported all again, and I notice a few oddities:
- some notes were giving note "titles" not in the original. In a notefile titled "forgiveness", I had a couple notes with the title "Mt 28:19" and another Mt. 28:20. Those scriptures have nothing to do with my notes and were not used in any way (as a title or even within the note itself) in L3's version. How did this happen?
- on the visual filter's (the 3 ring circus?) drop-down menu, several of those imported notes appear as options. Why? And how can these be deleted (from appearing on the menu, not from the systyem). This could end up being a quite unwieldy list. Any solutions to keep it from being a mile long the more notes you create?

Logos will need you to attach the affected files in order to identify the problem.

Dan, the notes appear as VF options for the resource they annotate (so you can choose to view a resource with or without note boxes/highlighting. Logos has said they are working on a way to keep the Visual Filters menu from getting over-populated as we make more styles. We can't do anything about it right now but something should be coming (probably in the 4.0c beta cycle)
