Suggestion for improvement regarding adding resources to collection

In creating a collection I would like to see two improvements:

1. possibility to drag multiple resources at once to the 'plus these resources' section and the 'minus these resources' section. Now I can only drag 1 title at a time, which is not very user friendly.
2. after having created a collection with 20+ resources, I get a scroll bar at the left side. When I want to add the 86th resource to 'minus these resources' and then the 93rd resource as well, the whole list has jumped to the beginning and I need to scroll down to the 93rd resource. It would be a very user friendly improvement if the list would stay as it is, so that I can quicker select the 93rd resource.

You can achieve this by selecting multiple resources in your library and then using mytag:NAME and then you can add that into the rule for that collection. See my demo at this post
