Bug -- Update Active Layout doesn't

My usual way of working consists of having two panels. One on my main monitor in Full Screen a second on another monitor, also set to Full Screen.

When I finish I ensure the position is recorded by using Update Active Layout and checking that the sync wheel has completed.

When I restart Logos the second panel starts to open on the main monitor in front of the main panel but the main panel quickly move to the front obscuring the second panel. The main panel has to be repositioned, the panel moved to the second monitor and then both panels reset to Full Screen.

Bug - Update active layout doesn't! or at least doesn't actually remember it.

Without logs, it is hard to tell what is happening. If I had to guess, I believe the issue is we don't get notified that the window frame changes when you simply move the window to the second monitor or when the window enters full screen mode. If you move the window to the second monitor, resize it slightly before entering full screen then update your layout it should save that it was on the second monitor. Restoring windows to full screen status is still an issue due to how the full screen APIs work.

I jiggled the size of the floating panel on the second monitor. Updated Layout, synced, quit Logos and re-opened.

The nasty floating panel was still hiding behind the main panel on the on the main monitor rather than displaying itself on the secondary monitor

Could this be related to the full screen problem? I have multiple floating windows on both displays, and they all behave themselves and open on the correct display in the correct positions. Note that I almost never use full screen.

I'm not sure what the 'full screen problem is' but, with various permutations, I seem unable to get Logos to reopen floating panels to the second monitor.
