Logos 6.7 SR-1 (6.7.0.0044) freezes at start-up

Hello,
Verbum updated to SR-1 at some point (yesterday?), and now when I start it up it freezes at the main page. As you can see from the screenshot below, it loads the upper and lower menus, but the middle pane freezes with the "loading circle." Then the application says "Not responding," and eventually I have to force-quit it from the Task Manager.
I ran the logger as suggested by another poster elsewhere, and I've attached the "Verbum" file it generated. It was logging from 11:56am when I started Verbum until around 1:30pm when I forced it to quit.
I'm running Windows 10 Home.
Please help: I have deadlines this weekend and I need Verbum up and running. Thank you.

Hi Brian,
Since you're on a timeline, I'd recommend two things:
- Before starting Verbum, hold down the Ctrl key, and click "Sign in" when the window pops up. This will open to a blank layout, which should circumvent your Home Page crash. You can then go into Program Settings and tell it to open to blank layout
- When you have time (after your deadline?) contact our Tech Support. They can take a look at your machine remotely and diagnose the problem.

Following-up after working with tech support...
We solved the problem, and this is how. Go to your Programs in the Control Panel, right-click on the Verbum program, and click "Repair." We did this, and now Verbum is working. Whew!
