Empty library?

I've just signed up for the free trial to Logos Now (about 8 hours ago) having bought my first Core Bundle yesterday - my library is showing no results and the home page is empty - the layout and buttons load correctly but the only function I can use at all is the Atlas.

Does anyone know if this takes time to activate, or if the site itself is broken? I've tried it on multiple devices/browsers now with the same results.

    Did you make sure you signed in with the Web App?

    i don't know if it takes time to activate - I haven't heard of it doing so. And the site is working, this was from a few moments ago

    Are you using the same Logon credentials as you used when you signed up?

    It might take a little time, but shouldn't take that long. We'll look into it right now.

    It should be working for you now James. Sorry for the inconvenience. Something interrupted the process that indexes new users for the web app. We're looking into what caused it so we can prevent this from happening in the future.
