reading plan no longer works

I have been successfully using the reading plan for several months. As a matter of fact, today I read several days' worth of the Bible reading and clicked "Stop reading | Mark read" when each section was done.

However, L4 does not display "Stop reading | Mark read" link anymore. It just stopped working.

Any guesses to why?

Well, I guess that you have turned it off in the visual filters.

I too have noticed that behavior. What I have found, however, is that if I click box on the ribbon that indicates the selection was read, the next time I select a passage the Start-Stop indicators are working again.

MJ, it was ingenious, and FAST!

My question is how I could have possibly clicked on the visual filters icon, selected the exact filter (it was the only thing un-checked out of 11 filters) all without noticing? I must have pressed something that happened to be a shortcut for it, because I definitely did not uncheck this filter using a mouse.

You may have clicked the 'x' to the right of the 'Mark Read' option - this will turn the visual filter off.

This is what I did (I remember) which caused the same problem and I was given the same answer to turn it back on...now I wont have to go back and turn things on again....ever...
