TIP of the day: Logos tagging #13: shortcut for Searching on tags
1. The Universal Annotation Vocabulary dataset provides some "magic" for Searches. Note in this example, the selection is tagged with a Preaching Theme sacrifice and a Cultural Concept sacrifice.
2. If I run individual search I find 36 results for the topic sacrifice; 222 results for the preaching theme sacrifice, and 39504 Biblical sections tagged for the preaching them sacrifice.
3. The magic is the "Match equivalent references" option for the Search.
4. With the "Match equivalent references" set, the Search on Topic sacrifice will return both Topic sacrifice and Preaching Theme sacrifice but not the Sections tagged for the Preaching Theme. The results would be identical if I set the "Match equivalent references" on the Preaching Theme sacrifice. This equivalence works on other tags - Persons, Places, Things, Events ... - as well. No I don't know the precise limits beyond "if they are tagged as equivalent in the UAV, they won't behave as equivalent".
