Library Catalog won't update

Library Catalog updating never completes.
Cannot search library.
Command line does not work either.
Logos 6.7 SR-1 with Logos Now - running on PC (Windows 7 Home Premium).
Same installation of laptop (exactly same resources & program version) runs fine.
Do I have toI uninstall / reinstall Logos 6 ??
Can anyone help?

Assuming the Library Catalog is corrupt, delete the folder \Logos\Data\randomId\LibraryCatalog and restart Logos. It will take several minutes to recreate the Catalog and its index.
Your Logos folder could be \Logos4 or \Logos5 and is located at C:\Users\username\AppData\Local.

Did as you suggested - twice.
But library catalogue won't complete update & command line won't work.
Is reinstallation now required?

Let's look at various logs before doing anything else:

What are you typing into that box that doesn't work?

Here are the log files.
Command box did work a couple of times but then stopped.
Library catalog continually shows 'updating' and cannot select any resource.
Programme restarted but crashed at splash screen & had to use program manager to stop it.
3 log files in folder.

I suggest you contact Tech Support to diagnose this as they can log onto your computer.
