Someone said sometime last quarter of this year but that may have changed. I cannot find the thread that talks about it it was recently 'bout a couple months ago I think.
The Dictionary of Classical Hebrew is my oldest as well.

I saw that, also. I cannot find it now, either. And while I did not take it as a commitment, promise, or any other binding utterance, it had a share in the impetus for my post. As it turns out, the post did provide a kind of community catharsis.

I have been trying to find that myself except that I would put it as 3 months ago and that I THINK that delivery was suggested as this autumn.
