SUGGESTION: Bible text filter for study bibles and the like

For resources commonly used by "the average" Bible reader - study Bibles and Treasury of Scripture Knowledge that are basically verse-by-verse, it would be nice to have the words discussed/used in the study aid were highlighted in the Bible. This has the advantage that as a person is reading a passage, they can see if help exists for the word/phrase and go to the correct resource to read it when they feel the need ... but they don't have to interrupt their reading to see if there is a note.

A sample of what this might look like:

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
