Open any resource you own that has milestones for the AndersenForbesPhraseMarkerAnalysis datatype. (I know there isn't one. But Logos doesn't know that.)
This dialog is standard behaviour for all datatype links. As you know if you don't own any relevant resource, it will open Power Lookup, which in turn will alert you to resources which might open for this datatype.
