Need Help looking up a Greek lemma in TDNT

I have opened the TDNT and want to look up a Greek lemma on the app on my iPad.  I changed my keyboard to Greek and it does type Greek characters in the address or find box in the TDNT but it doesn't go anywhere.  If I type in a Strong's number for a Greek lemma, it will successfully go to the entry.  I have tried copying and pasting a Greek lemma into TDNT to find it and it doesn't go anywhere.  Does anyone else have a successful result using Greek letters in finding an entry in TDNT or is using a Strong's number the only way to locate the article?  Thanks!

Additionally, is there a way to find out how best to search on lemmas in lexicons, IOW, something in a knowledge base or "Information" or "Help" that gives instruction on how to do this without trial and error?

The Enter Reference field shown at the top left of non-Bible resources isn't intended to be a search field for that resource but a way to navigate the resource ("Volume 4, Page 977" for example).  So, what are are attempting won't work.

However, you can use the Search page and do a basic search for the lemma and specify the TDNT as the resource.  Please see screenshots.

I recommend creating a collection of your preferred lexicons on Logos Desktop, and then using that collection while doing a Basic search from the Search panel (as referenced above).

Thanks for your response, Kevin. I tried both methods you suggested. If I search on a collection of Greek lexicons, then I get hits in an order that makes no sense, jumping from one resource to another and than back again to the first resource. So I guess I can search on just the TDNT to contain the list to something workable.

OK, I now understand the way to navigate the resource.  Of all the lexicons, Hebrew and Greek, I experimented with only the TDNT can be "navigated" by Strong's number which makes it useable to me.  I am hoping the upcoming TDOT will also show Strong's numbers so it will be more useful.
