It looks to me like there is a problem in the source document formatting. This MAY be similar to the problem discussed here.
If you can post the source file, perhaps someone can help you figure out the formatting issue.
This is probably caused by an invalid character in the book description (see https://community.logos.com/forums/t/118091.aspx) and will be fixed in 6.8.
