Logos 6.8 Beta 4 (6.8.0.0028) Indexing appears to have hung

Logos 6.8 Beta 4 (6.8.0.0028)
Added a few books, it took indexer about 5 hours to get to 59%, and has now sat there for another 4 hours at 60%, does some magical behind the scenes stuff happen there at 60% or has it just hung, I have restarted the machine twice, and both times it hangs at 60% for hours, I wish there was a way of saying to the indexer - go for it - full steam ahead - my machine is idle, but indexer has drooped from 79-95% CPU in the early stages down to 0.5% now, no applications except logos are currently running, so how come it's dropped to crawl.. 

Has indexing changed, I don't recall it being this painful

If I restart it again, will enable logging, but gonna leave it running overnight without reset in hopes this time it makes a mad dash for the finish line

Make sure you have logging enabled and post logs per instructions. Don't paste into the forums.

Delete files in C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\ and on C: drive so that total free space is at least 40 GB -->  3.7 GB free will cause system problems/inefficiencies.

Delete files on drive so that total free space is at least 40 GB.  ----> 16.1 GB is inadequate for indexing.
