Somehow I missed this new feature ... is appears to only include user added labels. Is that correct?

I don't see it in my resource — and I have no user labels.
This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account. Posts on this account shouldn't be taken as official Faithlife views!

Because Labels are a type of Notes, I had assumed we could although I have not specifically tried it.

Hi, Mike. User-created labels are attached to notes that are stored in Note files. So, if you share the Note file, you get the labels in it. You can then turn that shared Note file on or off in the visual filters menu like any other Note file.

Do we have people who actually shares their notes-labels?

There are quite a few notes files shared to everyone at https://documents.logos.com/allusers . I couldn't say how many have labels in them in addition to traditional non-label notes.
