Why do the topics holiness and impediment appear in the Catholic Topical Index when there is no obvious reference to the selected reference (Is 35:1-10) and they do not appear in a search?

In addition to a simple search, the Catholic Topical Index section in the Passage Guide also uses the Related Verses in LCV to locate topics.
