Suggestion: Add opt out for "Last Chance" emails

Presumably the "Last Chance" emails are included under the category of NewsWire but I seem to be getting more than 3 or 4 per month. I received one today and one yesterday and another Newswire for February on the 13th. Please allow me to opt out of last chance emails but keep the monthly Newswire roundups.
