Minor bug with downloading all media

When you download all media, Logos doesn't re-download media that's already in the cache, which is obviously a good thing.
What's not a good thing is that it also doesn't re-download media that's already in the cache at a low bit-rate. That means if you've tried to watch videos with a poor connection, and then try to download the videos to get better quality, then you're stuck with the low quality and there's nothing you can do, short of deleting all the downloaded media for that resource.
I would expect "Download all media" to download high-quality copies of all the media, regardless of whether a low-quality copy has previously been downloaded.

That's tough, because it's a 'hard to know what people want' scenario. Do you really want the delay of fully-re-downloading media? To you want the storage cost?
Maybe it would be better if you were given the option to delete downloaded media before a download all, or to 'refresh'?

If you don't want to make the assumption, I think the sensible thing to do would be to offer more options (see which files have been downloaded, delete individual files, set expiry dates, set an alternate folder location, etc.). Many of us would appreciate this, and apparently, there have been plans to offer something like this for over a year.
