Interactive Resources available for everyone with Logos 6?

I thought that Interactive resources came with Logos 6. However, some of my colleagues have Logos 6, but don't have the interactive resources.

That makes me wonder: when would someone get the interactive resources?

    If they own a base package Starter up they own some subset of interactives; Gold and above owns all the L6 interactives; Logos Now adds more interactives. Cross-grades all have some interactives but getting the free engine won't get you any interactives, I think ... I can't try it.
