Since yesterday I see Spamming Trolls in the Forums is there a Way to kick them off?

Their posts are being deleted as soon as someone with that authority sees them, but blocking the posters seems quite difficult, as they appear to present a rapidly moving target.
You can report the invalid posts - look under the "More" button under each post.
