Picture of a window and post the picture to a website forum

I have asked questions on here before (concerning syntax searches) and some guys put on pictures of the search in their answer.

How is this done? I want to place some "pics" of a syntactical analysis window to a forum, but don't know how it is done.

If you have the 'picture' use the paper clip icon on the Compose window to insert it.

There is a thread in forum how to do this. Basically the easiest is get Jing from the web and it will allow video and picture capture. you can also print screen from windows and I size and crop in word paste it to paint to get a .jpg file. (make sure to shrink up the white page of paint to the size of the picture.) then just use the paper clip (as shown by mark) to add the file (picture) here. this picture above is when paint page is small..

Now this is what happens if you don't resize the paint page.
