Not sure what is happening here. I have had someone suggest that the RAM has a fault, yet I have done a scan to check for faulty RAM and it comes up clean. Any further suggestions?

Try deleting the contents of your index folder and letting it make the index from scratch
C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\<Random>\LibraryIndex
If that doesn't work I'd delete my metadata and start the index again (it's mentioned in the log file but I don't know if that's incidental or not)

The 'Rebuild index' command should resolve this crash. Deleting the files in the LibraryIndex folder will accomplish the same thing.
