Logos 5.0.40907 running VERY slow on iPad 3
I'm not sure if this is a hardware or a software issue...
The "busy" wheel continues to spin whenever the app is open. The response time to various touches (like simply changing Bible references) are embarrassingly slow...like when I'm leading a Bible study.
Frequently, the app will simply freeze for several minutes, then the iPad reboots.
It is making the app on the iPad virtually unusable. Any suggestions/ideas?

This sounds like a hardware problem - no app should cause an iPad or iPhone to reboot. What version of iOS are you running, and have you tried a factory reinstall?

9.2
No I have not tried a factory install. Not sure how to go about doing that. Would love to know, though

Also, I would agree that no app should cause a reboot like this. But there are only two that really have been the culprits: Logos and Facebook. I have not had the experience with any other app. That was why I was wondering out loud if it would be a software glitch.

Just for a point of reference, I am running an iPad 3 on 9.2 with 64GB of memory. I have no problem with it and it is quite responsive.

This is also my experience. I hope a fresh iOS install via iTunes like suggested above fixes your issues.
