Performance problem opening the Visual Filters menu in recent builds

The Visual Filters menu on Bibles like the RSVCE or ESV is very slow to open in recent builds: 3-5 seconds, compared to around 1 second or less for other resource menus. Maybe it needs to be optimized given the recent additions of things like Corresponding Notes, Passage Lists, etc.

I think the problem I reported at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/115615.aspx is still open and this may be related to what you are seeing.
