My comuter crashed and I waned to re-load my Libronix Scholar's Library, however, when I originally installed it years ago, I had installed it under my ministry name and now that I have updated my computer and wanted to re-install; I forgot and put it under my personal name rather than the ministry name. When I try to activate the program, I get a message that says registered to another user and it will not allow me to activate the program. How can I correct my error?
I have un-installed the program and tried to re-install, however, parts of the program must have remained on my computer because each time I try to reactivate I get the same message that this is registered to another user.
