A13a crashed using Passage Guide

L4 hung after I clicked on a commentary (Luther's Works) in the passage guide. The program was non responsive - I just saw the spinning beach ball until I manually had to shut down the program.

There's a known issue with closing the passage guide that can hang the app sometimes. It doesn't sound like that's what you were doing.

Are you able to reproduce the issue? If so, what was your passage guide search?

I am unable to reproduce the issue. I cannot remember the details of the search now. I believe that I had done the search and was reading the various commentaries. I then switched to some other programs to do other work (email, word processor, web browser) and then came back to Logos. I then clicked on the Luther commentary which I had not yet read from the commentary list and that is when the program hung. I tried various searches yesterday and this morning and cannot get Logos to hang (this sounds like I'm disappointed!).

In the future should I post the logs for any crash or only if I can reproduce the issue? In any case, I will try to take more notes of the details if I have another crash.

More info is better than less. In general, there's not much of a way for you to know if the logs will or won't be helpful to us. I would err on the side of caution and always submit them. If you can reproduce the issue, it's best to provide those steps as well.
