Problem Downloading Resource Library

I recently purchased logos 4 for Mac and installed the program. After installing the program my resource library never downloaded. I contacted Logos support. We tried the update resources option as well as reinstalling the program but nothing worked. I was told to post my problem here. Any help would be appreciated.

You'll need to post your indexer log so that the devs or an adventurous user can take a look at them. Something must be causing the indexer to crash. For instructions on how to turn on logging and post those logs, look at the discussion posted to the top of this forum. In fact, here is the link: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/6731.aspx. After you turn on logging, start Logos and let the program attempt to download your resources. After letting it attempt to run for a few minutes post the log file.

My resources have now downloaded. I did nothing to make this happen. After about one day it just started on its own.

If still experiencing download issues, suggest updating nlog.config file to enable debugging messages:

By the way, logos4.log and indexer.log files are overwritten every time Logos 4 application is launched.
