Trouble loading new resources

I bought (on the used book market) two brand new resources - Nelson's Annual Youth Ministry Sourcebook (2008) and Nelson's Annual Preacher's Sourcebook (2008). Both had unopened cd's for the L3 version, which I had no problem loading into L3. I then sync'ed the licenses and received the successful note. Then I did a update resources in L4 beta 10. No effect. I waited an hour and repeated update resource. No effect. I entered a scan to the L3 directory and did and L4 restart. No effect. What should I try next?

Have you tried it in a stable release (4.a)? Btw any reason you have not updated to beta 11 ?

Update 24 hours later I still have no success in getting these resources into L4 ... there is definitely a problem with this business process.

You might try another Sync from L3 before you contact Support because it looks like the L4 licence has not updated.

I agree. I had similar problems loading the Tyndale commentaries, although a scan eventually worked. I shouldn't have even had to do that though.

You might try another Sync from L3 before you contact Support because it looks like the L4 licence has not updated.

I have sync'ed at least four times ... but I agree that it appears that the license doesn't get updated for L4.

Try the 'scan' command, scanning the full '\Libronix DLS\Resources' path.

I had tried it multiple times. But I did finally find the error. Although the resources had been copied into L3 and were available in L3 the installation had failed to register the copies. It was my 6th attempt at loading the resources in L3 that I finally got the registration screen and succeeded in getting them into L4
