Unable to Access Logos Library on Kindle Fire

A few months ago after purchasing a Kindle Fire, I downloaded a free Logos app. It was working fine until recently. Now, after I type in my email address and my password to access my library on Kindle, I am asked to type in my email address again and my password. Both are correct, but the app won't let me into my Logos library. I have taken the app out and reloaded it, re-registered, but it still won't allow me in. I'm currently subscribed to Logos 6 Cloud. Any suggestions on how to correct the problem would be greatly appreciated.
