Windows refuse to open the Logos 6 Program

I had to buy a new laptop with Windows 10 and had to download and reinstall my Logos prorgam.

All went well.

Today I have encountered a strange problem.

I have been working with my Logos 6 program with this Windows 10 program, without any hassles. I closed the program.

When I later wanted to open the program again, I got this message on my computer:

Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them.

I closed the whole computer down and tried again. The problem continues.

I then uninstalled the Logos program and reinstalled it. The problem continues.

That does not sound like a Logos issue to me. Rather it sounds like a permissions issue in windows.
