After upgrading the morphology chart is missing. I've restarted it a few times and it has not shown back it. It seems that it is not picking up the correct package that I have. Any suggestion on how to get it to work correctly?

It says "This resource is no longer in your library." There is an [Update resources now] button that is disabled.
From what I gather, it seems to have lost access to my subscription. Or maybe my subscription settings have been changed, possibly in error.
