I own the gold package for Logos 6. In looking through what it contains, it shows I own all the pieces except the Lemma data set. Is there any reason for that?

To clarify a bit [:)]: You do own the dataset listed, there's just an issue with the display on Logos.com. That dataset shouldn't be listed on the comparison page.
