Search reveals apparent (?) contradiction

Could someone explain to me the following screenshot? I did a lemma search of "tender shoot" in Isaiah 53:2. It produced 12 hits. 11 of the 12 show the same info in the inline display, but the strong's hebrew # is different. Isaiah 53:2 it is 3126 and in the rest it is 5134. The NASB Dictionary is in the lower left of the screen with those two strong's. It does not make sense to me and appears to be an error somewhere. Can someone explain what the deal is? I have logos 5.

    Most likely an error in the interlinear as evidenced by:
